When checking out, you will have the option to print your order form and mail it with a check or to checkout using a credit card through PayPal.  Your registration is not complete until we receive payment.  Some classes fill up quickly, so we recommend using PayPal to guarantee a seat in your class of choice.  NOTE: You do not need to be a member of PayPal to checkout using that method, just choose the link below the PayPal login screen that reads — “Don't have a PayPal account?” — and then use the form to “Pay with a debit or credit card” to checkout as a guest.

Debby been interested and involved in genealogy since her early teens. She remembers sittng and listening to her grandmother tell stories about various family members and wanting to learn more.  Her grandparents both came from big families and she thought by writing down who different people were helped her keep it all straight.  She remembers being intrigued by a big cemetery stone in a local cemetery that told the story of the family line on it.

After teaching special education for over 35 years, she is now retired and has more time to devote to researching, visiting her family and visiting areas her ancestors lived to learn more about ‘their’ stories. She just finished a 10 year project of digitizing and printing over 100 of her great-grandmother’s letters from 1880-1910 with sidebars explaining who and what she was talking about.

She has been writing about her discoveries in 'Debby’s Family Genealogy Blog' for about 5 years now. She belongs to a variety of societies including the San Diego Genealogy Society, Aldred Kindred of America and the General Society of Mayflower Descendants.  Her passion as a teacher causes her to want to share what she has learned and help others on their journey to discover their ancestors.  She enjoys doing presentations along with meeting new cousins and fellow researchers. Her hobbies also include Agility with her dog Harley, Scrapbooking, gardening and traveling in her Camper.
